Internal Auditor - FTSE 250 - £40,000-£50,000 + 10% bonus + car allowance

Your new company
This Internal Auditor job is with a FTSE 250 global engineering company based in Coventry. Operating in UK, USA, Europe and Asia, this company specialises in supplying niche products to the aerospace, energy and defence markets.

Your new role
You will be responsible for conducting a 50:50 split of financial and operational audits (e.g. HR & Legal). You will document your findings and make value-adding recommendations, conduct reviews of internal controls and comment on their suitability, and present your findings to senior management. As part of this role, you will be required to do up to 50% travel (domestic & international). You are likely to be home for weekends.

This role is perfect for candidates who wish to move on from Internal Audit in to the business after 2-3 years.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally with Big 4/Top 10 experience. You will have the confidence to liaise with stakeholders of all levels of seniority across the business, and to work autonomously when required. You will be willing to accommodate up to 50% travel.
