A branded consumer insurance business is looking to bring on board an Interim Annual Reporting Manager, based in their London office, £500-£650 per day (dependant on experience).

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver Solvency II Pillar 3 requirements (quantitative and qualitative) for the Group
  • Design, own and manage SII reporting cycle process and controls including documentation
  • Day to day management of the regulatory reporting team members working on Pillar 3 reporting, including the review of their outputs
  • Provide Solvency II technical advice to market units by interpreting and applying financial reporting and regulatory standards Written communications to Board and sub-committees (analytics to support approval, judgement summary, SII updates etc)
  • Support the development of a 'customer service' culture across Centre Finance to ensure that the function builds rapport with, and understanding of, each Market Unit

Key candidate requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ideally Top 4, ACA)
  • Minimum 3 years PQE
  • Must have industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years hands on/business as usual Solvency II knowledge
  • Minimum of 1 year Pillar III experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Must have a hands on attitude
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Great communicator
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams/individuals across the business
