An exceptional opportunity to join a leading and recently floated business on the coast within the financial services industry has arisen due to a recent restructure. The business is growing dramatically year on year and highly profitable.

Working for the Director of FP&A, an ambitious person who works well with like-minded individuals. His own background is of a varied nature, having worked within practice before moving into industry where he has spent the last 5 years.

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include;

• You will be responsible for the delivery of inputs, insight, challenge and analysis to key planning processes for the business. Required to drive the timetable within areas of accountability and ensure business deliverables meet senior leader's expectations, both within finance and in areas of accountability.
• Be an integral part of the FP&A function that plan, analyse and report the financial and operational aspects of the company

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial background with the ability to work with senior stakeholders. You will have the experience to influence and persuade senior management regarding key decisions. A strong personality who can challenge senior management, improve business efficiencies and reduce costs. It would be desirable that you are ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified. Previously financial services experience would be advantageous.

My client will offer a competitive salary between £45000-£50000+car allowance and discretionary bonus
