Accounts Payable Clerk

BTG Recruitment has a excellent opportunity to join an incredibly exciting eCommerce business based in Manchester City Centre.

We are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Manager to head up the Accounts Payable Team and add value by improving process in place at the moment. The right candidate will be ambitious, seeking the chance to add value and strengthen your already excellent skills within a managerial.

Responsibilities will include:

• End to end accounts payable process
• Statement reconciliations
• Maintain & improve the relationships with all key suppliers
• Deal with difficult supplier queries
• Look to improve all processes and procedures
• Ensure that all ledgers are properly maintained
• Ensure invoices are processed in an efficient, accurate manner and payment runs are compliant with controls and regulations.

Key Skills and Experience

• Previous accounts payable experience is required
• Excellent Microsoft software skills
• Sage line 200 would be advantageous
• Proven ability to add value and enhance processes
