Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Group Finance Director

and with a nationwide network of over 50 outlets, they generate revenues in access of £200m.
The company is led and driven by an entrepreneurial owner and supported by an enthusiastic team of over 200. It is a well known brand that is immediately recognisable as one of the UK's leading providers in their field.

The Role reports to and works closely with the Managing Director, guiding and advising on strategy and providing commercial support to senior managers across the group. Full responsibility for the financial welfare of the business providing in depth knowledge and expertise on all financial transactions. Managing business relationships external advisers, funding and banking relationships and developing a strong team and internal control environment. Able to develop and continually update the reporting framework to keep pace with the ever evolving business environment. You will strengthen all financial controls and deliver a world class platform for future growth plans. Further, you will improve the flow of information available to impact the decision making process. Acting as business partner on all financial, legal, tax, property, insurance, company secretarial and IT matters.

The Person a graduate qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 5 year's experience in a similar role.
A passionate and energetic Finance Director with experience in diverse business environments. Comfortable working with an owner/manager, with a strong understanding how multi channel, multi-site, multi-national businesses work. Capable of shaping the strategic direction of the business.
A strong commercial leader, with an entrepreneurial outlook, drive and determination to achieve goals leading continuous improvements and team capability.
