Your new role
In this position, you will be responsible for managing your team and also the practice more generally.
You will be required to review the work of your staff to ensure its accuracy.

You will also be key in answering client queries in this highly client-facing job. You will also be in charge of managing one of the partner's portfolios, which will be a £1million fee base.

As and when, you may be required to provide training and mentor your team.

What you'll need to succeed
For this job, you must be a chartered or certified accountant, who is technically competent with excellent communication and organisation skills.
You should possess a strong competency of practical tax, including Corporation Tax, VAT and PAYE.
For this position, it is imperative you are able to work to deadlines and are a highly organised individual, who is able to juggle different tasks and priorities.

You should be client-orientated, always seeking to provide a quality service to your clients. You should also have good leadership skills, in order to lead your team and also the firm forward.
You will ideally be a social individual, who enjoys networking and has strong problem-solving skills.

You will be a flexible and open-minded individual that takes initiative and prides themselves on delivering a high standard of work.
