IT Audit Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting an international FMCG business as they seek to appoint an IT Audit Manager. This role is a newly created position that will lead on the IT audit activity and through using a risk based approach will scope and perform IT audits to provide assurance on the effectiveness of controls over IT risks facing the group.

This role has been created to support the groups growing audit function and will give the successful incumbent access to the full business and the provide the opportunity to fully understand the workings of a complex international manufacturing business.

Based from the office in Chesterfield, this role will be responsible for the following key duties:

- Planning audits covering the key risks facing group IT to ensure quality of reviews, in line with best practice.
- Conducting IT internal audit reviews and identifying necessary follow up actions and controls
- Preparing and presenting audit reports to both the audit committee and senior management team
- Business partnering and influencing senior management to improve IT control environment and reduce material risks
- Participating in adhoc reviews and investigations when required
