Accountant – FP&A, Cognos TM1 (Lloyds / Insurance Market) £75K

My Client is a specialist insurer, specialising in insurance and reinsurance. With a wealth of experience to back up there flexible and innovative solutions. They offer a large variety of customer options, ranging from a straight-forward quote and buy facility to a fully managed process on the customer’s behalf.

Location: London (Nearest tube stations Bank, Liverpool Street and Aldgate)
Salary: £65-75K

You will be responsible for planning & forecasting activities including management of the annual planning & forecasting cycles; preparation of plan and regular re-forecasts for senior management; responsible for on-going improvement of planning & forecasting tools/models and implementing robust planning / reforecasting processes.

About you:
- Qualified Accountant or other numerate/consultancy background
- Insurance experience & understanding of Lloyd’s Market / Reinsurance market
- Strong experience with financial modelling, planning, forecasting specifically of Lloyd’s insurance business
- Strong modelling capabilities in excel; willingness to learn TM1 programming
