FP&A Analyst (ACA)

Our client, an organisation that has become known for providing one of the most progressive and stimulating professional environments around, has a rare opportunity for a qualified (ACA or equivalent) chartered accountant to make their first move from practice into a fast paced, high profile role within industry.

The role with sit within the FP&A Team and work with a range of stakeholders across the Group. You will also gain significant Senior Level exposure; providing key analysis and reporting that is presented to Execs and investors.

* Preparing budgets, forecasts and helping to deliver improved KPI's throughout the business
* Co-ordination and management of year-end audit, main point of contact for external auditors
* Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the monthly management accounts and leading divisional accounts review meeting
* Run and deliver period end process along side FP&A Manager
* Covering quarterly budget & 3 year strategy plan, including smooth data collection and consolidation of inputs
* Consolidations to Group
* Managing specific cost lines
* Producing detailed cost analysis vs plan to Management Team around central costs

The successful candidate will be ACA qualified (ideally top 10) with a strong academic record, including at least a 2:1 degree from a top University. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to think on your feet and show a real passion for business that goes beyond just crunching numbers.

Aside from the above, you must consider yourself to be an effective and confident communicator, able to build relationships across the business, as well as present financial information to non-finance staff. You must show a clear desire to really jump-start your career in industry, with the aim of progressing in a fast-paced in environment and adding value in a multitude of ways.
