The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner role for a Technology business based in Central London. Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance this highly visible role within the business means you will business partner a Global Senior Vice President, delivering commercial analysis and insight on business performance to provide challenge and control around the making of informed business decisions. This role will also be responsible for delivering the forecasting and budgeting process for the Product & Commercial and Revenue Management areas of the business.

Duties will include;

- Provide financial advice and strategic support to the Senior Vice President and their direct reports.

- Working alongside the Senior Vice President, be the finance lead for projects in the Analytics, Product Management, Digital Commerce and Revenue Management departments, developing business cases and providing financial leadership to the project team.

- Coaching the business commercial teams to develop their financial awareness - Providing full P&L forecasting/planning and analysis, understanding variances, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance.

- A key player within the Commercial Finance function who act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insight and support optimal business decision making.

- Support the Commercial finance team in encouraging a culture of best practice and challenge. Continuously driving development and improvement in both processes and the ways of working.

- Take a leading role in driving development of the planning, budgeting and management reporting software

The successful candidate will be ACA /ACCA/CIMA Qualified with significant post-qualified experience with previous business partnering experience and strong business acumen. They are likely to have experience within the Technology or Consumer space and possess with strong leadership qualities with the skill to empower a high performing team.
