Finance Business Partner - Sales EMEA needed for Global IT business based in Reading!

£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Investigo is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner - SALES EMEA who will be responsible for providing critical insight into the EMEA Business performance through business engagement and partnering as well as reporting/analytics. You will be working closely with the Sales leadership team to provide key business support plus metrics and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

- Report key financial metrics to measure business, cost and productivity performance against planned financial outcomes

- Provide visibility into key drivers of business performance supported by commentary and analytical insights

- Collaborate with stakeholders and VP Finance, EMEA to define standard reporting and perform ad hoc analysis where required

- Perform anallysis to support decision making on resource allocation and report ROI on investment decisions

- Be the trusted partner for the Sales team and key finance resource in all aspects of their business activities

Key requirements:

- University graduate

- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with proven post-qualified experience in either IT Software or Technology industry

- Strong reporting, analysis and P&L reporting experience with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple deliverables and respond well to working under pressure

- Experience in executing multi-scenario analysis

- Understanding of key business drivers with track record of providing insights to business leaders

- Excellent communication and people engagement skills
