Element Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established and reputable client to recruit a Finance Office Assistant/ Legal Cashier. You will report to the Finance Office Manager, with duties including compliance of SAR's, HMRC, salaries and day to day financial trails.

The Finance Team is a centralised team of 11 staff who sit alongside the Credit Control and Reporting departments.

The role

As a Finance Office Assistant we expect you to deliver the following:

  • Receipt funds received into clients’ accounts.
  • Produce cheques for all offices using Kalamazoo software.
  • Prepare and input electronic payments.
  • Deal with expenses claim forms including assisting with new software implementation.
  • Post any entries relating to credit facilities and anticipated disbursements.

The Profile

  • Bank Software & Excel experience.
  • Experience in accounts office.
  • Legal background is desirable / Experience of SAR's.
