Credit Controller - Lettings - £25-30k. Our Client is a leading independent property consultancy which offers a first class service to both landlords and tenants. With over 100 years of expertise, they have built up in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area and maintain international links so that they can operate quickly to provide the best service. They have a diverse client base, and being located in a highly sought after and ever growing area with access to properties across the market allows them to carry out their services to a premier standard. They are now looking for a Credit Controller to join their Letting team.
The role:
- Responsible for chasing tenant rent arrears.
- Chasing landlord debts.
- Producing tenant rent arrears reports.
- Responsible for producing tenant rent arrears schedules.
- Producing landlord fees arrears reports.
- Resolving client, tenant and office arrears queries.
- Attending client meetings.
The Person: To apply, you must have a qualification at least up to degree level within the accounting sector and a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role within Property. The ideal candidate will have great written and oral communication skills as well as attention to detail. You must also be able to carry out tasks with clients politely and quickly, whilst also working on their own initiative. You must be a team player and have excellent Excel skills and have used a Property Management System before such as QUBE, Yardi, Tramps.
