Finance Analyst - £25,000 - £30,000 - Basingstoke

Wade Macdonald is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG business that boasts a range of well known brands. Our client is recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join their Commercial Finance team.

Reporting into the Management Accountant you will be responsible to deliver accounting, prepare reporting and analysis of A&P information to both external and internal teams. You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
*Deliver high quality financial analysis and reporting across Portfolio
*Complete month-end tasks to standard and deadline
*Support performance of team ensuring a high level of customer-focus and commercial orientation
*Build strong working relationships with internal commercial and marketing customers in order to ensure planned A&P spend is accurately accounted for
*Deliver accurate and timely recharging to Brand owners
*Provide support in price maintenance activities

The role would ideally suit someone who is part qualified CIMA/ACCA, strong Excel and proven financial analysis skills from a previous role. This is a great role that could offer someone that next step in their career with varied tasks including the chance to work on projects within the wider business. You will need excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to challenge and question things rather than just accept what is in front of you.
