You will be working with a large manufacturing organisation as a Stock Accountant. Working within a medium sized finance team this is a great opportunity to work with a leading business that is going through a period of growth. You will have experience as a Stock Accountant or in inventory accounting. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business on an exciting stock project that could lead into a permanent position.
As Stock Accountant you can expect your duties to include but not be limited to:
Period end reconciliation of stock to the general ledger
Manage and coordinate the year end stock take
Undertake monthly/Weekly performance indicators
Analysing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
You will have experience in a Stock Accountant position and be qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience. You will have an understanding of weighted costing systems and be able to start immediately. This a temporary to permanent Stock Accountant opportunity.
