About the role:
We are currently looking to appoint a nearly or newly qualified Accountancy professional (ideally ACA or ACCA), to support the Fiduciary Management team in the execution of significant business or technical ledger projects, owning and managing the progression of these where appropriate.
The work will involve a high level of complexity, therefore would suit a conscientious and results driven individual, with strong analytical and problem solving skills and a real desire to succeed.

Production of contract documentation and premium processing.

Settlement and management of claims.

Ledger management, reconciliations and credit control.
What you will do:

Work in collaboration with colleagues of all levels within the wider business to progress issues related to technical or client accounting matters.

Contribute to the adherence and development of business process, procedures and protocols such that a high standard of accounting services is delivered to all clients and trading partners.

Ensure that outcomes are at all times delivered in accordance with good accounting practices.
Your experience will include:

Newly qualified Accountant (ideally ACA or ACCA), or Finalist.

In-depth understanding of accounting principles and practices.
-
Strong customer awareness.
-
Ability to proactively manage issues.
-
Influencing and negotiating skills.
-
Advanced workload management skills.
-
Self-motivated and able to assume accountability.
-
Ability to promote and adapt to change.

IT skills, in particular advanced use of MS Excel.
