HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will report into the Downstream HR Finance Manager and work closely with all members of the Downstream HR Finance team.
The team is accountable for the performance management of the HR function within the Downstream Segment, with particular focus on financial and non-financial MI such as costs and headcount, as well as performance management around people-related metrics for Downstream as a whole. The team is also accountable for the control processes in the relevant areas, such as accruals, due diligence and delegations of authority. The team has global scope, and is involved in the planning, measuring and reporting of the performance of the Downstream HR Function across all geographies and businesses.

Key accountabilities
Leading the delivery of people metrics, tracking and forecasting of Downstream Total Segment people metrics, and providing insights for Segment Executive Team, Downstream HR Leadership
Team, and Business HRVPs.
Accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of performance reports and forecasts drawing headcount data from different sources.
Managing the validator network to facilitate GPD reporting and ensure the necessary controls are in place.
Drive continuous improvement of data quality, working with HR teams and relevant controllers to rectify data issues.
Custodian of the Downstream organizational structure and tracking of organisational changes to reflect them accordingly in non financial MI.
Project work or ad hoc requests.
