My client a Leading Property Company based in Central London is looking for an Accounts Payable supervisor to join their team.
Reporting into the Financial Controller as an Accounts Payable Supervisor your duties will be:
- Responsible for a team of 2
- Ensure invoices are supported by a purchase order
- Ensure invoices are coded to the correct Clients
- Payment Runs for invoices are on a timely basis
- Resolving all queries in a timely manner
- Identification and accounting for accruals and prepayments
- Preparation of monthly travel and expenses reports
Candidates will have previous experience in supervising an Accounts Payable team.
Candidates will be Graduates with 3 years experience within an Account Payable function
