This is a highly attractive opportunity for an experienced Interim Finance Director who has extensive experience of working with AIM listed businesses. Opportunity •Manage investor relationships with Banks AIM Stakeholders •Management of Cash Flow and Working Capital •Streamlining Systems to support future growth •Creating a robust financial reporting framework •Corporate Governance •Preparation of Consolidated Statutory Accounts •Liaising with Auditors managing preparation of audit pack •Establishing high level of creditability and working relationships The Successful Applicant will be: •ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified •Extensive experience of working within AIM Listed Business •Senior Stakeholder Engagement Skills Rate: £500-£550 Per Day
