Reporting to the Director of Finance the VP of Insight's will deliver insight on user behaviour and product & business performance, to drive continuous improvement and optimisation of the business.
The individual will have innate capacity to delve deeply into raw data to identify actionable trends and analysis which support the strategic goals of the business of being a large-scale content platform with a highly-engaged userbase.
Additionally you will:
- Owner of data-driven analysis of user, product and business performance
- Integrate tightly with Tech and Product teams
- Develop KPI framework and dashboards
- Support all colleagues in business with relevant metrics and insight
- Ad-hoc data analysis and modelling
- Support FD and CEO in board and investor relations with strategic-level insight
The person:
- First-class academics
- 3+ years at premium consultancy (McKinsey/BCG/Bain/Deloitte)
- Proven exceptional data analysis and insight skills.
- Essential requirement is ability to get to strategic insight and "so what" beyond just data manipulation
- Desire to join high-growth tech start-up
