Our client represents a global technical engineering business that has grown through mergers and acquisitions. They are seeking a qualified board level FD with responsibility for finance, Internal Audit, Continuous improvement and I.S. The candidate will be comfortable with the following;
- Preparation of month end close, reporting and presentation
- Cash reporting, control and improvement plans
- Business partner to the key stakeholders/budget holders, operations, HR, programme etc.
- Quarterly review of the DB pension plan
- Tax compliance and reporting - CT, R&D tax credits, VAT, IPR, PSA
- Provision of business KPI's through BW tools
- CIMA / ACCA Qualified with 5 years PQE
- Strong communicator at all levels
French language preferred but not essential. Ideally you will have a strong engineering / manufacturing background.
Day rate circa £600 - £800.
