Head of Strategy

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the CEO the Head of Strategy will lead the internal and external strategy programme.

The Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy team plays a crucial role developing, defining and evolving corporate strategy as well as identifying and assessing new investment and business opportunities. Heading up the team you will:

• Lead workstreams to satisfy business unit objectives across departments and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Drive analysis on important strategic decisions in order to optimize our businesses
• Perform strategic evaluation, financial analysis, and identification of potential acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures and "greenfield" opportunities in Europe
• Conduct market analysis and recommend business development opportunities, market entry strategies for new products, pricing, and business models
• Work with the M&A leadership team and business unit GMs to ensure strategic development initiatives are delivered and partnerships are successfully integrated

What you'll need to bring along

• 4-6 years' experience with a leading management consulting firm / Corporate Strategy team
• Ability to conduct deep dives and interpret both financial and non-financial indicators
• Experience developing analysis to support strategic decision making
• Comfortable traversing multiple projects by partnering with key stakeholders
• Outstanding presentation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Digital media industry or Technology, Media, Telecom sector experience highly regarded
