Our client, a major Automotive company are seeking a Finance Analyst to join the growing team. Based in Warwick you will provide a professional and first class reporting of information to key stakeholders. The Finance Analyst provides accurate and meaningful reports to support and validate the design changes made by the team. The role acts as auditor and advisor to our Design team counterparts on the validity of design cost down activity, evaluating business case proposals and providing information to senior stakeholders to aid decision-making

The successful candidate will be involved with the following:
* Support and produce the monthly financial and administrative KPIs, variance analysis and action plans.
* Liaise between all business units operational areas ensure that all financial transactions are correctly completed and allocated to the correct cost/revenue centre, with backup information.
* Ensure all information is dealt with in a timely manner and processed accurately.
* Prepare the month end accruals and provisions.
* Support financial and analytical reviews that are organised and carried out with key stakeholders on a regular basis in order that financial performance can be drilled down and areas focused on by management.
* Liaise with the objective analysis of the business and financial processes to ensure smooth transmission of information between operational areas and Central Admin Finance, challenging all processes where necessary.
* The timely reconciliation and distribution of weekly/monthly statements to and from the suppliers.
* Ensure all costs and sales are allocated to the correct activity / departments, so that accurate contribution analysis is possible.
* Review and improve processes to develop efficiencies.

The ideal candidate would have the following:
* Part-Qualified Accountant or equivalent
* Experience working with internal and external stakeholder
* Advanced Excel skills
