Commercial Finance Analyst

Company Info An excellent opportunity has arisen within this FMCG organisation for a contractor to come in and join this dynamic fast paced company. Ideally they are looking for someone for 9/12 months to cover a maternity cover. Duties and Responsibilities The role is to support the business partnering of the Grocery Channel Sales Teams. This role will provide business and financial support to help drive long term sustainable growth for us and our customers. Support the delivery of the annual plan Net Sales and EBITDA targets through on-going monitoring and review of customer performance KPIs (both financial and non-financial) with the sales team Support live customer negotiations, providing objective and timely support to ensure accurate and pragmatic solutions to customer trading discussions Support the managing the annual Promotion and Trade Investment spend, including controlling spend to ensure that good value is achieved and analysing past performance to improve return on investment in future. Ideally you will be: Very strong analytical skills with ability to communicate effectively across the organisation. Specific experience of commercial decision support / business partnering. Analytical, ability to understand key drivers of performance and identify trends in the data. Highly computer literate: Advanced Excel required
