Senior MI Analytics Manager

Supporting the transformation of the finance function, we are looking for commercially focused candidates who wish to be at the forefront of a businesses that is seeing exceptional growth and change in their interaction with the customer, including;

The role;

You will deliver high quality, analytics and modelling, working with senior stakeholders across the group. You will take the lead on retail modelling while actively promoting a consistent group view to understanding the impact of investment and exec level decision making. Lead the leverage of data in new ways, developing analysis which is insightful and actionable.

· You will develop group-wide modelling to support executive level decision making. Ensure all impacts are understood and quantified, such as profitability, cashflow and customer and utilise complex modelling techniques to build robust, flexible models
· You will create strong working relationships with senior management across the business in order to provide a consistent and controlled approach to financial modelling and analytics which supports the business goals
· You will create analysis to answer specific business questions and forecast potential future scenarios. Work with senior business partners across sales, marketing and risk teams to develop customer analytics which maximise the success of targeted marketing activity, focusing on customer segmentation strategies, acquisition and retention modelling, channel and price optimisation and customer lifetime value metrics.
· You will work with Finance, Data Science and IT to ensure the analytics strategy and analytical systems are sufficient to support business requirements and the business strategy.
· You will provide financial support on projects and capital expenditure activity, challenging costs and using commercial acumen to identify opportunities and develop ideas. Be seen as a true business partner, creating a culture of collaboration and focus on business priorities, always linking activities back to financial impacts.
· You will operate at a senior level with retail teams, understanding current requirements and developing solutions to maximise value. Help the Retail Exec visualise the profit and cash impacts of investment activity and forecast scenarios using analytical techniques.

· The ability to navigate and thrive successfully through a complex and demanding business
· To be able to accept ambiguity and embrace changing.
