Corporate Finance Director

Hudson James are currently working with a leading M&A house who are seeking a Corporate Finance Director.  This position will sit in their M&A team and be leading and managing the whole M&A cycle including, preparation of pitch documents, analysis of transaction and all day to day project work. You will be working with corporate companies and be heavily involved with business development and creating your own network of contacts.

To apply for the role you will have extensive experience in corporate finance and have experience of originating and executing deals. You will have an extensive network of contacts and have been involved in both execution and origination.
