My Client, a Leading Consultancy group is looking for a Finance supervisor to join their team.
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager as a Finance Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- All Purchase ledgers invoices and associated expense claims are entered, correct coding and paid within terms
- Perform financial system functions including settings, inputting and posting transactions, importing third-party system files, initiating and verifying system processes
- Resolve any queries with invoices or expense claims that may arise
- Ensure all Sales invoices are raised in accordance with production volume or basis of recharge and ensure collection within agreed terms
- Ensure that all bank accounts are reconciled periodically
Candidates will be Graduates with 2 years experience of Supervising within an Accountancy function.
Candidates must have a solid understanding and exposure to Accounts Receivable and Purchase Ledger.
