Finance Manager

Would you like to work for a Global Brand in business services? My client is looking for a Group Finance Manager to manage a team and provide accurate Financial Reporting on a monthly basis. It’s a progressive role in a great business.

Responsibilities

Preparation of acquisition accounting and related integration into finance reporting.

Corporate filings and compliance work for the group.

Ad hoc analysis and reports on corporate accounting as requested by CFO or VP of Finance.

Participate in special projects to help improve processes and reporting in a growing finance function.

Review and adjust accounts and making journal entries for all group issues such financial instruments, foreign exchange, share based payments and employee benefit trust accounting.

Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations and analyses based on US & local GAAP

Research and prepares financial analysis for management (i.e. dividends, cash flow, budget, fluctuation variances, build-ups, aging, process flows, quarterly update meetings, etc).

Manage the preparation of external reports ensuring an accurate and timely completion.

Provide guidance in US & Local GAAP, internal control policies and Global Accounting Policies

Control and prepare the month-end multi-locational group consolidation, reporting, related analysis and KPIs.

Control of the Intercompany reconciliations process.

Maintaining the group chart of accounts and point of reference for assessing impact of new accounting standards on the group.

Requirements

To be considered you will be ACA qualified (either straight from practice or from industry) and you will also have strong technical accounting and some management experience. Please apply for immediate consideration.
