Description
As an Accounts Payable - Accounts Assistant based in the Woking office you will be responsible for:
Accounts Payable
- Timely and accurate processing and payment of suppliers invoices for multiple business areas.
Revenue:
- Provide back up for the Revenue Accounting Assistant: Timely, accurate and country compliant invoicing globally. (approx 1000 invoices per month) Responsibilities: Payables:
Accounts Payable
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices through accounts payable for a number of different companies registered in different countries.
- Timely and accurate processing of employees expenses through accounts payable.
- Timely and accurate payment of invoices/employee expenses by BACS and Manual Payment
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
Revenue:
- Management of Transmission files to include the timely loading of files onto SAP.
- Weekly invoicing at various global entities. (Approx 1000 invoices per month)
- Processing credit Notes and reissuing of invoices.
- Stock Reconciliations
- Validate VAT Coding and filing of invoices
- Manual Invoices
Profile
- Some Accounts Payable / Accounting experienced required but doesn't need to be extensive
- Good Excel skills
- SAP system experience desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised and strong time management skills
- Happy if candidate is studying an accountancy qualification or not
