The SF Group are currently recruiting for a Financial Modeller for our Birmingham based energy & utilities client. This is a wide ranging role where you will work closely with the Business Development team on a pricing strategy for a range of new customer offerings.
The successful candidate will have personally developed from scratch commercial/financial modelling for new products, propositions and business models. At this point the client can't accommodate candidates who have just extracted, analysed and input data into an existing established model. You will have experience of analysis of commercial plans and modelling, such as scenario development and be an advanced user of Excel or databases (for example can you write macros or are familiar with programming databases such as in SQL).
This is an exciting post where you will play a leading role in breaking into new markets and provide commercial support to a range of key stakeholders. Not only will you be technically astute you must be confident in communicating your work to a range of audiences within this growing organisation.
