Description:
I am currently working with a well-known business services and outsourcing business based in central London. Reporting into the CFO, the position will manage up to 20 people worldwide, spread across the UK, US and Asia.
Main responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of the Division finance operations, whilst working very closely with the MD
- Maintaining effective finance and business controls in accordance with Group criteria
- Support the strategy, commercial and sales activities for the division
- Provide insights into working capital & cash flow
- Drive meaningful, action oriented analysis to enable the operations team to drive improved business results
- Establish and improve performance metrics to drive business improvement and better decision-making
- Lead ad hoc finance initiatives & project management
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and preferably have experience in the business services or professional services industries. A strong track record of business partnering and effective team management is required. Previous contracts in a listed company would also be beneficial.
