Our client is a growing £9m turnover property development business based in Mayfair. As a result of continued growth they are now seeking an experienced Finance Director on a part time basis for 3 days per week.
Primarily, the successful candidate will be tasked with providing exceptional quality financial advice to the board, and ensuring the finance function is effectively supporting the commercial needs of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the MD to ensure business targets are met
- Building strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Playing a major role in contract / project profitability
- Facilitating funding requirements
- Advising the leadership team on all finance related matters
- Developing and leading a small finance team
This role is best suited to a Finance Director with a significant knowledge of the property development sector. The salary on offer is £90-120K on a pro rata basis.
Effective people management skills, an ability to forge exceptional business relationships, and a commercial outlook are all required for this role. Candidates must be fully qualified accountants with previous finance director experience.
