An established Corporate Finance Advisory firm with an unrivalled reputation in the mid-market deal arena and a strong presence in the North of England. The firm specialises in M&A transactions and supporting MBO/MBI transactions involving PE/VC investors and both businesses and private individuals. Deals are typically in the £10m - £100m range across TMT, Manufacturing, Services and Financial Services amongst other general industry sectors.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The continued growth of this innovative and highly reputable corporate finance advisory business has created a unique opportunity for a Corporate Finance Executive, offering exposure to all aspects of lead advisory work across a wide range of transactions and progression to Assistant Director (Deal Leader) level.
Reporting initially to an Assistant Director you will be responsible for assisting in managing transactions and supervising research work and IM preparation You will be actively involved in building financial models and all aspects of lead advisory negotiations throughout the deal process.

THE PERSON
You will be ACA / ACCA Qualified, have trained within a Top 4 or Top 10 Chartered Accountancy Practice and possess current / recent experience in M&A / Lead Advisory work.
You will aspire to managing and executing transactions at mid-market level as an Assistant Director (Deal Leader) and have the desire to build your reputation in the North West Corporate Finance market as a key part of a high profile business.
