Business Services Manager

Business Services Manager required to work for Top 30 accountancy firm based in the city of London.

This team provides audit and transaction services to a wide range of mid-tier corporate clients within the SME sector including AIM listed companies.

Duties will include:

Manage a portfolio of clients, and work on special projects in conjunction with partners

To take charge of trainees, coach and support the quality of their work

Manage all stages of the audit process

Organise billings of clients

Mentoring, coaching and appraising a group of trainees

Involvement in recruitment, retention and motivation of staff

Draft proposal for prospective clients

Attend marketing meetings and contribute to promotional events

Special work/ad hoc assignments

Cash flow, business plans, and profit forecasts

Attending VAT and PAYE inspections and draft replies to HMRC

Fraud investigations

You will be:

ACA qualified or equivalent

2 years Post Qualification Experience

Experience of working with growing entrepreneurial and international businesses
