My client, a major Real Estate Private Equity House, are growing their Hotel portfolio and require a commercial Finance Director to run the hotels in the portfolio and drive acquisitions and integration. This role requires a qualified accountant who has specific Hotel sector expertise and is able to work in fast paced, high pressure environment. Previous refinancing and acquisition experience is ideal.
