We are currently recruiting for a Senior Bookkeeper to join a firm of Chartered Accountants in Epsom on a permanent basis. This position has been created due to continued growth of the firm, and will typically be responsible for High Net Wealth individuals or families.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping client accounts, posting investment manager and bank statements, ledger reconciliations
- Assisting in the initial preparation of trust accounts, tax returns, wealth reports and management accounts
- Raising payments and general administration on behalf of clients
- Development of processes and procedures to accommodate business changes
In order to be considered for this role you will have previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to always produce work of the highest quality and to within agreed time frames. Ideally you will have knowledge of financial instruments, bonds, equities etc. and have experience of dealing with private clients.
