As an Assistant Audit Manager, you will oversee audit assignments and review for discussion with client. You will also have the opportunity to assist managers and partners when dealing with client affairs.

Description
Joining the Essex, Colchester team as an Assistant Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of audit and accountancy services to a varied client base which includes involvement in sectors such as; agriculture, construction and education.
As an Assistant Audit Manager, you will have a strong focus on client development and staff development, Specific responsibilities include:
- Managing client portfolio's
- Liaising with clients
- Reviewing audit files
- Ensuring and applying audit/accounting standards
- Advising clients on accounting aspects
- Assisting managers in specific departmental responsibilities
- Monitoring and developing staff
- Attending networking events to promote the firm and business develop
Profile
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA/Qualified by Experience with relevant experience in an audit environment. The successful candidate will be elegant and well presented with a keen interest in developing themselves as well as the firm. Driving to client sites will be expected and therefore a candidate should have a full driving licence with access to independent transport.
Job Offer
