The Opportunity:
A private equity backed online comparison website is currently seeking an interim manager with an operational focus to turnaround an underperforming business unit in Milan.
The Role:
The business unit in question has been underperforming and requires an interim manager to analyse the business unit, understand the operational difficulties it is having with the aim of improving margins, converting more leads into contracts, understanding why there are low conversion rates currently, analysis on margins and generally improve the overall operational efficiency of the business unit.
The Requirements:
This role requires a professional interim with strong operational and commercial skills, must be an Italian speaker, either local to Milan or happy to travel to Milan, experience in a private equity backed business preferred and must be immediately available.
