Butler Rose is pleased to be partnering with a multi branch accountancy practice, primarily based in South Hertfordshire, with the recruitment of a Business Services Manager.

Responsible for managing a team in providing client services to a diverse range of clients. This is a new opportunity created to meet the demands of a rapidly growing practice. Alongside the technical experience the key to this role will be the ability to demonstrate strong business development skills.

The successful applicant's key duties are to be seen as the first point of contact within the team, taking on higher value assignments, but also with the ability and communication skills to impart this knowledge on relevant staff. This is a client facing role with retention critical, over and above winning new business

The ideal person for this exciting opportunity will be ACCA / ACA qualified with at least 5 years experience in a professional practice, with a sound knowledge of all areas of accounting, and a proven record for business development. Exceptional people skills are equally as important as the technical aspect, with client interaction and staff supervision prominent in this role.
