Finance Manager - (Real Estate Investment)

A rare opportunity has arisen at one of the world's leading Global Real Estate Investment Managers for an experienced Finance Manager. You will need to be a fully qualified accountant with significant PQE and experience of working in the Real Estate investment industry. You will need to be able to demonstrate skills including strong technical financial reporting, investor reporting, valuations and pricing as well as team management. Key responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for the overall accounting functionality for a number of different funds
• Technical review of multiple sets of multijurisdictional financial statements
• Presentation of the financial reports to the board
• Pan European valuation processes
• FX and investment hedging
• Plan and lead year-end audit; prepare year-end files; liaise with audit team
• Business partnering with the Investment team in both the UK and overseas
• Assisting in the preparation of the Investment team's investor presentations
• Formal team management of several fund accountants

Skills/Experience required

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• A good communicator and an inspirational leader
• A Pan-European investment background is highly preferable and experience in the Real Estate fund management industry is essential
• Qualified accountant 5-7 years post qualified experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge including multiple GAAP standards and IFRS
