Head of Finance Transactions – SSC

A leading global Business Intelligence organisation with HQ in Germany is actively recruiting talent to join their team. This newly created Head of Finance Transactions – SSC  role has arisen within their core finance team. This is a well-established, innovative business with the opportunity to progress quickly

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient running of the Accounts Payable, Expenses, Credit Control and Billing teams for all the UK entities within the shared service centre.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Management of the Accounts Payable, Expenses, Billing and Credit Control teams
• Meet monthly deadlines for submissions, payments and targets
• Drive process improvements and enhance technology changes
• Introduce and update process workflows and desktop instructions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls
• Complete monthly AP & AR Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Delivering against cash flow and DSO targets
• Provide KPI’s to teams to motivate and monitor performance levels

This international client is looking for bright individuals. The successful candidate must have an AR & AP background with experience working in a shared service centre. You will have had prior experience managing a team and using SAP.
