Finance Manager

Our client, a successful and well established company based in Hertfordshire are looking for an exciting Finance Manager to join the team. This role will see you gain the experience required to progress within the Finance team to Financial Controller level within a few years.

Main responsibilities;

- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Managing regular balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitoring and analysing weekly sales margins and trends
- Monitoring cash balances and preparing regular cash forecasting
- Provide support to business planning, budgeting and forecasting activity
- Preparing VAT return
- Managing a small team
- Supporting internal and external audit process
- Assist the Financial Controller in providing financial advice to internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be Qualified (or at Finalist level) CIMA/ ACCA with a relevant Business or Accounting degree. You will be highly numerate, with an analytical mind-set who has the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining high standards.
