Interim Corporate Tax Manager

Macildowie are working with a leading Derby based organisation to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract.


The ideal candidate will have:

Strong tax accounting and tax technical expertise, evidenced by appropriate experience and professional qualifications. ACCT, ICAS, CIMA, ACA, Chartered Tax Advisor Achievement oriented and enthusiastic. Good communication skills, both with tax and non-tax specialists.

Key aspects of the position:

Play a focal point within the business by providing support in dealing with the UK Group's corporate tax compliance

Key relationships with: the organisations Tax and Finance Departments throughout the world.

Assist on Group year- end tax reporting including current and deferred tax provisioning for statutory accounts purposes.

Support on other UK tax matters including Senior Accounting Officer legislation, R&D tax credits, Patent Box, interest deductibility etc.

Assist with overseas tax compliance. Assist on M&A and other projects as required.

Support Head of UK Corporate Tax with development, implementation and testing of risk management plans and controls.
