Finance Business Partner

This dynamic, market leading consumer led financial services business is seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to drive the growth agenda in a strategically critical part of the group.

This role is part of a small but high profile team, populated with high achieving finance professionals who help drive the businesses commercial agenda by working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will deliver crucial decision support to the executive leadership team by providing insightful and commercially astute analysis on business performance. You will manage key external relationships by providing rigorous push back and challenge in an emotionally intelligent manner and ensuring the best outcome for the business.

You will be a qualified accountant, with significant experience of stakeholder management in a dynamic and fast moving business. Prior experience of the financial services sector is essential in this highly important role.
