Group Finance Manager

This fast moving, rapidly growing international professional services business is seeking an ambitious Group Finance Manager to join the organisation as it continues its impressive growth story. The Group team help drive the commercial agenda, working closely with business and finance heads across the divisions, bringing advisory insight in a genuinely insightful partnering capacity.

Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Accounting and managing a team of 6, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the finance and accounting team, ensuring the delivery of the team's strategies and objectives, driving continuous improvement and best practice policies

• Full responsibility for the financial reporting process and related analysis, including preparation of reports and presentations to be used by the CFO and other senior stakeholders

• Business partnering with the senior management to drive forward business growth in new and developing international territories

You will be a qualified accountant with a high degree of technical accounting competency including knowledge of IFRS and the latest accounting standards. Previous experience of business partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering insightful analysis is essential. You will naturally display substantial credibility and gravitas and first rate communication skills. Critical to your success in this role is the ability to not only deliver in this position but to also demonstrate the aptitude for repeated promotional potential.
