Established Global Publishing Company is seeking qualified Account (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) for an exciting Group Technology Business Partner role. A newly created dynamic position sees you taking a key role in the company's significant investment in improving and upgrading its key business IT applications and infrastructure. As a Commercial Business Partner you will have high-level responsibility in ensuring that this significant investment is controlled in addition to the financial management of a substantial operational budget. The role is based in London with travel to Colchester required.
You will make an active contribution to the Technology Leadership Team and be comfortable with finance strategy, seeing it through to execution. You will be leading a small team and actively managing their development and performance. In addition, you will have financial leadership and input into the Technology Investment Committee reporting on strategic project investments. You will proactively manage all reporting, analysis and commentary including the production of monthly management accounts. You will be commercially aware and able to demonstrate previous success in financial support and stake holder management. Knowledge of varying types of technology spend, awareness of project management principles and experience of SAP desirable but not essential.
This is an ideal role for an experienced accountant looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a Global business. Salary ranges between £50-60k dependant on experience.
