Senior Finance Manager

Senior commercial finance manager sought for a renowned international retailer based in Hertfordshire. As the key finance interface to the a variety of non-finance functions and the International Managing Director, this role will include: budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, creating and challenging product business cases, competitor analysis, on-going performance reviews, evaluating innovation projects, and generally adding value to the business by supporting non-finance teams. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a small team.

You will be a fast-track, highly ambitious qualified finance professional. You will have clear, demonstrable experience of adding value by partnering with non-finance teams and with the personality to successfully challenge senior stakeholders. Ideally you will have gained this experience in a retail environment but this is not essential. This role will offer the chosen candidate significant exposure and responsibility and the chance to have a big impact on the performance of the business. If you deliver in this role, this can offer an excellent progression route either in the UK or internationally.
