Your new firm
One of the leading, independent chartered accountancy practices in Liverpool who provide a range of accountancy and business support services to both business and individuals are seeking an ACA / ACCA recently qualified accountant to join their audit and accounts team based in Liverpool City Centre.

Your new role
You will join the largest team within the firm, working in their highly successful audit and accounts team acting as an in charge on a range of audits and be responsible for producing, reviewing and finalising accounts assignments. You will work with a large range of clients including, charities, family businesses and large limited companies. Your workload will be split roughly 50% towards audit and 50% towards accounts and you will be working in a modern, paperless office.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are looking for commercially driven accountants who can work closely with a range of clients ensuring their business needs are met. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of leading audits, gaining involvement in all stages of the process from planning through to completion. The firm are happy to look at applicants who have come from a Big 4 / Top 10 background, working within their audit department or equally an ACA / ACCA accountant who has worked in a split role in an independent firm and who would like to gain further audit responsibility.
