A Top 10 international accountancy firm that pride themselves on their client service are currently looking to expand their accounting and business services offering across the North West. Due to this expansion the firm are seeking a qualified accountant to join their outsourcing team as a Client Manager This is a great opportunity to work in modern open plan offices in Manchester City Centre, specifically working in a team that are experiencing exponential growth.

Your new job
As an Client Manager you will take responsibility for overseeing a team and a portfolio of client work reporting directly into the head of department. Your team will be responsible for providing a range of outsourcing services to your clients which will include, bookkeeping, management accounts and reporting and implementing and maintaining cloud accounting software for your clients. As a client manager you will manage and oversee the workload ensuring you review all assignments, coaching the junior members of the team, working with clients to implement cloud accounting software and leading client relationships as a key advisor to the decision makers of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are looking to appoint an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant who is experienced in supervising junior members of staff and reviewing juniors work. You will have gained prior experience of providing bookkeeping and VAT duties to SME clients and be comfortable client facing. One of the key services this team provide is cloud accounting solutions so previous experience of using or implementing these systems (Xero, QuickBooks etc) would be really beneficial.
