The Executive will develop a good working knowledge of all aspects of their cases and have a sound knowledge of basic company administration and insolvency issues. When progressing their cases, they should ensure that all relevant legislation is complied with. The Executive will spend 100% of their time in this role and will not be involved in other types of insolvency appointments
